Team Obama and Obama's allies in the liberal media are having a huge chuckle when it comes to the United States Constitution. And apparently, the truth is a laughing matter as well. When the question regarding Obama's eligibility under Article 2, Section 1 of the Constitution was posed at a White House press conference, White House mouth-piece, Roberts Gibbs actually smirked derisively and issued two consecutive incredulous and false statements. But to make matters worse, when Gibbs made his factually inaccurate assertions, members of the liberal elitist media... instead of pressing Gibbs on his outrageous statements... openly laughed. Here's what happened. WorldNetDaily.com correspondent Lester Kinsolving posed the following question to Gibbs at a White House Press Conference: "Thank you, thank you, very much. Just one question concerning what the president said in his speech on Thursday, and I quote, 'I ran for president promising transparency, and I meant what I said. This is why, whenever possible, we will make information available to the American people so they can make informed judgments and hold us accountable.' End of quote. Do you remember that statement?" Gibbs interrupted Kinsolving and derisively asked: "Are you looking for the President's birth certificate?" When Kinsolving answered in the affirmative, Gibbs told his first lie: "It's on the Internet, Lester." Kinsolving tried to give Gibbs' the chance to amend his false assertion, and stated: "No, no, no - the long form listing his hospital and physician," and members of the elitist liberal media could be heard laughing. And Gibbs quickly interrupted with his second false statement: "I know there are apparently at least 400,000 people -- (laughter again) -- that continue to doubt the existence of and the certification by the state of Hawaii of the president's birth there, but it's on the Internet because we put it on the Internet...." And before Gibbs could be pressed to explain his two totally inaccurate statements, he called an end to the press conference and slinked out of the room. As for liberal members of the media... the simple fact that Gibbs made such a factually inaccurate statement, under other circumstances, would be the story of the century. If Gibbs served a conservative President, there would be no laughter... the front page of the New York Times would most certainly have read; "White House Lies." But when it comes to their "messiah," members of the elitist liberal media can only laugh derisively because any effort to investigate the matter, or report on the matter in any way, would most certainly expose the truth to the American people. The cavalier arrogance of the liberal media on this issue reminds me of a famous line from The Treasure of Sierra Madre; "Birth Certificate? Obama ain't got no Birth Certificate. Obama don't need no Birth Certificate. Obama don't have to show you any stinking Birth Certificate." Liberals in the media want this issue to go away and, make no mistake, their derisive laughter and ridicule is specifically meant to silence you and the 400,000-plus other Americans who have demanded that Barack Hussein Obama produce his Birth Certificate and prove that he is not a fraud and a usurper... that he is, in fact, eligible, under the Constitution, to occupy the Oval Office. First, Gibbs specifically stated; "Are you looking for the President's birth certificate?" Then he told Kinsolving; "It's on the Internet, Lester." Seconds later, Gibbs told another whopper and said; "I know there are apparently at least 400,000 people -- (laughter again) -- that continue to doubt the existence of and the certification by the state of Hawaii of the president's birth there, but it's on the Internet because we put it on the Internet." Now for the facts: First: Obama, as previously stated, has never published his "Birth Certificate" (a "Certificate of Live Birth") on the Internet, or anywhere else for that matter. The document that is published on the Internet is a "Certification of Live Birth," a "short-form" document that is generated on-the-spot and based on what is contained in a computer database at the time it was printed out. A copy of the "Certification of Live Birth" (the actual document Obama produced on his website) and an actual "Birth Certificate" issued by the State of Hawaii are below. The differences should be apparent. Obama's Certification of Live Birth (Click on the Image to Enlarge) Hawaii Certificate of Live Birth (Click on the Image to Enlarge) The "Certification of Live Birth" (the document on the left which Obama provided) while it is adequate for proving that an individual was actually born, is not adequate for the purpose of proving that an individual was physically born in Hawaii. At least that's what the State of Hawaii says. Specifically the Hawaii Department of Home Lands (DHHL) states the following on its website: "In order to process your application, DHHL utilizes information that is found only on the original Certificate of Live Birth, which is either black or green. This is a more complete record of your birth than the Certification of Live Birth (a computer-generated printout). Submitting the original Certificate of Live Birth will save you time and money since the computer-generated Certification requires additional verification by DHHL." In plain English, the State of Hawaii knows better than to accept the certifications of live birth it issues as proof that a DHHL applicant was born in Hawaii. The State of Hawaii knows that the certifications of live birth it issues are not adequate for proving an individual was born in Hawaii; and if Hawaii won't accept the Certification of Live Birth... if Hawaii requires a Certificate of Live Birth, then why shouldn't the American people require the same. Particularly when you consider that, under the law, if Obama was not physically born in Hawaii, he cannot be a natural-born citizen. Secondly, Gibbs actually shifted gears and claimed that people "doubt the existence of and the certification..." That's simply not true. 400,000-plus people are simply demanding that Obama produce his actual "Birth Certificate" period... end of sentence. And moreover, teams of attorneys are still thwarting efforts to compel Obama to produce his actual "Birth Certificate." Rumors abound as to the actual amount that is being spent (and who is spending that money) to obstruct the release of Obama's actual "Birth Certificate" (one rumor places the amount at close to a million). And while we don't know the exact amount, it would be reasonable to assume that hundreds-of-thousands in legal fees are being generated to obstruct the release of the actual "Birth Certificate" but Mr. Transparency, Barack Hussein Obama, won't even release that information. How much is being spend? Who is spending this money? Why spend hundreds-of-thousands when it would cost Obama about $10 to produce his actual "Birth Certificate?" If efforts to compel Obama to produce his actual "Birth Certificate" are "garbage," as Team Obama has stated in the past, why go to all this effort to hide such a trivial matter from the American public? Why did Gibbs leave the room after giving inaccurate and evasive answers to Kinsolving's questions? And lastly: Why are members of the liberal media laughing derisively, instead of simply asking these simple yet pivotal questions? We can't let them get away with it. If we keep demanding that they ask these questions, they will have to ask these questions. If we let this issue go, we let them off the hook. The Mainstream Media Thought It Was Serious Enough To Hound Senator John McCain To Answer The Question. The liberal media made a huge deal out of the fact that John McCain was born in the Canal Zone. The liberal media relentlessly questioned whether or not McCain met the constitutional test? On February 29, 2008, MSNBC, took the matter very seriously. MSNBC correspondent, Pete Williams stated the following in an article titled: "McCain's citizenship called into question: Candidate, born in Panama Canal Zone, may not qualify as 'natural born'" "Sen. John McCain, R-Ariz., and his advisers are doing their best to brush aside questions -- raised in the liberal blogosphere -- about whether he is qualified under the Constitution to be president. But many legal scholars and government lawyers say it's a serious question with no clear answer." And Williams apparently didn't think this "serious question" was a laughing matter when he mentioned in that same article that the question was also raised in reference to Barry Goldwater, who was born in Arizona while it was still a U.S. territory, and George Romney, who was born in Mexico. The New York Times took the issue seriously as well. On February 28, 2008, the Times published an article titled; "McCain's Canal Zone Birth Prompts Queries About Whether That Rules Him Out" which started out as follows: "The question has nagged at the parents of Americans born outside the continental United States for generations: Dare their children aspire to grow up and become president? In the case of Senator John McCain of Arizona, the issue is becoming more than a matter of parental daydreaming." Two weeks after the McCain issue was actually settled, CBS News (of Rathergate fame) still wouldn't let the issue go. On March 14, 2008, CBS News continued in its attempts to muddy the already clear waters: "As we've previously noted, there are questions surrounding whether or not John McCain -- who was born in the Panama Canal Zone in 1936, when it was a U.S. territory -- is legally a 'natural-born citizen.'" "If McCain isn't 'natural-born' then he can't be president, according to the Constitution." And, when it comes to McCain, the leftist so-called urban-myth debunking website Snopes.com still won't let what is a settled issue go and still erroneously lists the answer to the question of John McCain's eligibility under Article 2, Section 1 of the United States Constitution as "UNDETERMINED." And yet, Snopes.com gives Obama the thumbs-up on a variety of questions raising the same issue. What gives? Of course John McCain - unlike Obama - didn't brush those questions aside, as Williams and others so cockily reported. McCain promptly released all relevant records and legal opinions on the subject... there is no question regarding McCain's eligibility. But if it was such a serious matter then (and apparently even now with Snopes.com) to question McCain's eligibility; why is it so funny to question Obama's now? And were some of those laughing when Gibbs told his whoppers from CBS or NBC or the New York Times or any of the publications that took the matter so seriously when it came to John McCain? What do you think? Strangely, it may have been the liberal media's willingness to savage McCain over the issue that eventually brought this whole controversy to light. When Obama's grandmother claimed Obama was born in Kenya, the McCain controversy was still fresh in the minds of people who wondered - and are still wondering - why the same standard was not being applied to Obama. But, as the American people are coming to know, you are simply not allowed to criticize or scrutinize "the messiah" or hold "the chosen one" up to any standard. And now, the liberal media is not just refusing to report on this issue when it comes to Obama; the liberal media is covering the story up through derisive ridicule of those who dare to ask this legitimate question. Don't be intimidated by attempts on the part of the liberal media to ridicule you. Call them on the carpet for their hypocrisy. If it is allowed to stand, disregard of the Constitution by all branches of the government would be openly established. Moreover, to all who believe that the Constitution is the government's basic law, that the Constitution is the only instrument that gives the enactments of Congress and the commands of the Executive validity, it will be clear that the rule of law in the United States is a fiction. And moreover, Barack Hussein Obama has already shown himself to be a usurper. The Executive Branch has already taken effective control over huge sections of the banking industry, the automobile industry and is moving to take control of the healthcare industry. And yet, no one is willing to call this hand-in-glove relationship between government and private business what is actually is... it is the textbook definition of fascism. The fact that the very man responsible for instigating this extreme upheaval of the American way of life has not bothered to show that he is eligible to be President of the United States... the fact that he obstructs efforts by those who demand that prove his eligibility under the Constitution... the fact that his people call these efforts "garbage" and derisively laugh at those who make this demand... is the ultimate irony. Win lose or draw, freedom-loving Americans must stand in the gap. Again and again and again if necessary. That's our call... that's our mission. THEN ONCE WE RECEIVE A QUALIFYING STATEMENT FROM THE COUNTY ATTORNEY'S OFFICE, WE THE PETITIONERS HAVE 90 DAYS TO GET ALMOST 28,000 SIGNATURES TO GET OUR MEDICAL MARIJUANA AMENDMENT PLACED ON THE NOV. 2010 MINNESOTA GENERAL ELECTION BALLOT.

TO PASS WE THEN NEED TO GET 51% OF THE MOVE TO PASS AND IT WILL BE EFFECTIVE 30 DAYS AFTER PASSING.

SO YOU SEE WE NEED SEVERAL HUNDRED VOLUNTEERS TO GET PETITONS SIGNATURES OF PEOPLE IN RAMSEY COUNTY. FIRST OUR PETITION MUST HAVE 500 SIGNATURES, TO HAVE THE COUNTY ATTORNEYS OFFICE TO LOOK AT IT, THEN WE NEED 28,000 TO GET IT ON THE BALLOT.

1. PREPETITION PROCEDURES - Proposed amendment and pre-petition is submitted to County Manager's Office. The County Manager's office does two things: a) County Manager transmits to Elections Division who determines sufficiency of these 500 signatures. b) County Manager also transmits a copy to County Attorney's Office, Charter Commission and County Board.
   
   
2. Within thirty (30) days, County Attorney's Office makes legal determination. If proposed amendment qualifies, County Attorney's Office writes official summary, drafts a ballot title and statement. County Attorney's Office forwards this information to the chief petitioners, County Board, Charter Commission and Elections Division.
   
   
3. Once there is a qualifying statement from County Attorney's Office, petitioner shave ninety (90) days to gather signatures.
   
   
4. PETITION PROCEDURES - Petitioners must submit proposed amendment and petition with required number of signatures to County Manager's Office. County Manager's Office does three things: a) County Manager makes initial determination as to whether petition is timely. b) County Manager submits documents to Elections Division who shall determine that the correct number of signatures has been obtained and determine the validity of the signatures. c) County Manager gives Charter Commission and County Board notice.
   
   
5. Within thirty (30) days, Elections Division reports back to County Manage rand Charter Commission on petition signatures.
   
   
6. After report from Elections Division, Charter Commission has thirty(30) days to declare sufficiency of petition. Insufficient petition is returned to petitioners who have thirty (30) days to resubmit.
   
   
7. After report from Elections Division, Charter Commission has sixty (60)days to prepare a Position Paper. A copy of this Position Paper shall be forwarded to the County Manager who will transmit a copy to the chief petitioners, Elections Division, County Attorney's Office and County Board.
   
   
8. Upon receipt of information from Charter Commission, Elections Division places on ballot. Elections Division must receive information eight (8)weeks prior to election.
   
   
9. Charter Commission may educate the public during this period.
   
   
10. Voters vote on proposed amendment at next general county election.
    
    
11. If passed (by 51% of those voting on the issue), amendment becomes effective thirty (30) days after election is certified or such other time as is fixed in the amendment.

The use of Medical Mariujana is no longer a law enforcement issue!

This has become a real medical crisis in Minnesota

for those terminally ill patients who are presently suffering extreme pain because they are being denied what is legal treatment; which has been approved in over 25% of the other states!

The President was recently quoted as saying; “When it comes to medical marijuana, I have more of a practical view than anything else. My attitude is that if it’s an issue of doctors prescribing medical marijuana as a treatment for glaucoma or as a cancer treatment, I think that should be appropriate because there really is no difference between that and a doctor prescribing morphine or anything else. I think there are legitimate concerns in not wanting to allow people to grow their own or start setting up mom and pop shops because at that point it becomes fairly difficult to regulate.”

“Again, I’m not familiar with all the details of the initiative that was passed [in Oregon] and what safeguards there were in place, but I think the basic concept that using medical marijuana in the same way, with the same controls as other drugs prescribed by doctors, I think that’s entirely appropriate…

“I would not punish doctors if it’s prescribed in a way that is appropriate. That may require some changes in federal law. I will tell you that — I mean I want to be honest with you — whether I want to use a whole lot of political capital on that issue when we’re trying to get health care passed or end the war in Iraq, the likelihood of that being real high on my list is not likely…
