"Before I say one more word, I call upon the State of Minnesota to release Tim Kinley before Christmas of this year.
Tim Kinley in Jail for Jesus

On the surface, Tim Kinley is an average person like you or I. He works hard, loves his family and is law abiding, God fearing, church going person. As you read this article, keep in mind that most of our country's first immigrants came here to escape religious persecution. Our elected officials seem to have forgotten this. Further, keep in mind our rights guaranteed by WE THE PEOPLE'S Bill of Rights.

Amendment I of the USA BIll of Rights

Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or
prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech,
or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to
petition the Government for a redress of grievances.

As you read this article, I ask you to envision the feelings that you would experience if you were put through this ordeal that defies any reasonable explanation other than simply being the result of unbridled power without conscience nor compassion....."

Tim Kinley

Tuesday December 22, 2009, Attorney Jill Clark, tried to get Tim Kinley released on a Furlough for Christmas and extending to his hearing in January.

The Court refused, choosing to punish him challenging the Courts wrongly based ruling that violated his 1st Amendment Right of Freedom of Religion. Such is the fate of political activists.

Our Minnesota Government is retaliating for Mr. Kinley enforcing his constitutional rights and for his lawful attempts at Judicial Reform.

Please say a prayer for Tim Kinley today. He refused to accept Minnesota infringement on his Freedom of Religion. In so doing, he also defended your right to Freedom of Religion.

Please also offer a prayer of thanks to Jill Clark for using her expertise in attempting to intervene in this miscarriage of Justice.

You now know the Contempt that your various elected officials hold for your Freedom of Religion.

Please take a moment and write a letter to the Public Officials named in the initial article. Ask them why our Statutes and Judicial rules do not provide for Tim Kinley to be made whole upon the original ruling being overturned 8 years later. Ask them why it took eight years? Ask them why the Judge faces no repercussions for violation of Mr. Kinley's 1st Amendment Right of Freedom of Religion.

  • “He that would make his own liberty secure, must guard even his enemy from opposition; for if he violates this duty he establishes a precedent that will reach himself.” Thomas Paine quotes (English born American Writer and political pamphleteer, whose 'Common Sense' and 'Crisis' papers were important influences on the American Revolution. 1737-1809)
